Ricky came out promptly and did an excellent job. He was clearly knowledgeable and competent, and he put right some work that had been done poorly by another plumber who left a leak behind. He fixed the issue quickly and efficiently as well as putting in a new stop stop valve . I find it can be a bit of a minefield trying to find reliable tradespeople who really know what they’re doing, so it’s good to know I now have a plumber I can trust and call on in the future when needed. Ricky from Emergency Plumbing Bristol responded quickly and arrived within the hour with a gigantic wet vacuum and literally hoovered up the whole mess!
